Gravure Printing Machine

Gravure printing produces a large number of copies by filling engraved copper plate(cylinder) of different colors in each degree with ink and transferring it to a printed object(transparent film). The color control method is an automatic control method using a color controller, and it is possible to check the printing status in real time using the screen. We have one 8-degree machine and one 7-degree machine, and installed one more 9-degree water-based gravure printing machine.

Extrusion Lamination Machine

It is a method that uses a cooling roller to put a polyethylene material, which was heated and melted at 300~330℃ and made a slit-type die pass through between anchor-coated first substrate (printout, transparent film) and second substrate, and then rapidly cools and laminates it with a cooling roller. Our company has a single-type extrusion lamination machine and 1 triple core tandem type machine.

Dry Lamination Machine

Solventless Dry Lamination Machine

It is an eco-friendly method that is similar to a solvent-based adhesive type, but laminates using an adhesive only without using an organic solvent. Therefore, a dry method of evaporating a solvent is not needed and it is stored in an aging room after work to improve its adhesive strength only. Our company has 1 solventless dry lamination machine.

Slitting Machine

It is a process to cut the laminated products by standard according to the requirements of the buyer. The final process of releasing finished goods is operated as a clean room, and products are shipped by strict quality control standards. Currently, we have 6 units.

Bag Making Machine

It is a process to make the laminated products into various envelopes according to the requirements of the buyer. The final process of releasing final products is operated as a clean room, and products are shipped by strict quality control standards. We have 10 units.

Inspection Device

It is a device that allows the operator to respond quickly by ringing an alarm or labeling in the event of a fault and that prevents defects leakage by checking and removing the labeling in the next process. High-speed processing of signals from high-speed cameras enables stable detection of clear defects.
