E.SAENG offers a high level of competence in structural design development of packaging container with a strong orientation to customers by profound and extensive technical know-how of our own and trained by technical licensers from Japan, Germany.
We are performing a close attention, execution and realization at all stages of developments such as :
- Check for client’s specific requirements
- Advice on shape/geometric design, material, decoration and its manufacturing availability
- Production of drawings by 3D CAD system, and design approval by customer
- Prototyped samples by sample tools (extruder, thermoforming machine, single cavity mold)
- Prototyped decoration for customer testing
- On-site assistance, or advice in sealing condition or sterilization at client’s filling run trials
