Hot stamping foil is a dry printing film with thermal bonding which can be directly printed to the web while the pigment layer is exfoliated from a carrier film and transferred into the surface of the web by compressing the printing plate on the foil to the web with heat and pressure,

This layer is made with wax and special ingredients that melts at specified temperature and enables the pigment released from a carrier film into the web

This layer is where the specified color and design is defined with the composition of pigment and binder which can be thermal resistant to the sterilization at 121℃

This layer is to adhere and fix the released printing format on the web surface.
